My studio is just a block away from the Martin Luther King Jr Library. I like sitting in the large first floor space on the east end of the building. I can write or draw for hours because the atmosphere is so nice. I got a big new set of Prismacolor markers on one of my trips to Blick Art, which is also very close to the studio, and I’ve been testing them out in one of my notebooks today at the library.
